A Goshen man is facing several charges stemming from a deadly crash in Bristol earlier this year. Police say 25-year-old Luis Perez Duran was behind the wheel when a vehicle crashed and caught fire near Division and Vistula Streets early March 29th. Dezirae Lemarr died in the crash.
