After 15 years of research and investigation, officials in Delaware have determined the identity of the person whose remains were discovered in Wilmington’s Sellers Park on June 5, 2011. The Maryland State Fire Marshall and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) have determined that a fire at the Church of the Nazarene in Federalsburg last month was arson. Federalsburg Volunteer Firefighters were called to the scene on August 5th just before midnight after a passerby reported the fire. Police in Dover are investigating a shooting death that occurred Friday night in the parking lot for CAVA Restaurant on North DuPont Highway. Dover Police received multiple calls for shots fired just before 10pm and officer responding found 18 year old Foster Trader of Dover on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
