A man was hospitalized early Monday after, officials said, he was pulled from a burning home in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philly. On Monday morning, at about 5:30 a.m., crews responded to a fire reported along the 6600 block of Horrocks Street in Philly’s Oxford Circle neighborhood, officials said. As crews worked to extinguish the flames, officials said, a man was pulled from the home and taken to a nearby hospital after being injured during this incident.
