According to AAA, Jefferson County is at the lowest average, going down six cents to an average gas price of $4.33 dollars. Cameron County is at $4.07 dollars, down three cents from last week. In Elk County, gas prices went up by one cent to $4.65 dollars a gallon. Statewide averages dropped another 12 cents to $4.14 dollars.
