A 39-year-old resident at the El Dorado Correctional Facility died Tuesday after being found unresponsive in his cell. According to the Kansas Department of Corrections, staff found Andrew Ellmaker unresponsive and began life-saving measures. Emergency medical personnel also responded but were unable to revive him.
