Four people were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard after a 23-foot boat capsized near Key Largo on Saturday, officials said. According to the USCG, they received reports of a vessel taking on water near Key Largo, and a good Samaritan rescued three people on their vessel, while the captain remained on board to try to dewater the other boat.
