A man is facing charges after he allegedly fled the scene of a hit-and-run crash in Sweetwater in a rideshare, police said. Ahmmad Samir Kayyali, 30, was arrested on charges including leaving the scene of a crash with no serious injury and knowingly driving with a suspended license, an arrest report said.
