A registered sex offender is facing charges for alleged lewd conduct with two girls in Pompano Beach, authorities said. The 36-year-old suspect, known only by the name Kamruzzaman, was arrested Thursday on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious conduct, Broward jail records showed. A man has been arrested in a frightening incident in Pompano Beach involving a woman who woke up ion her home to a burglar groping her, authorities said.
